Thursday Mornings

Before you get out of Bed


Give Thanks,
Create the day,

Before you get out of bed.

(as your future self 3 years from now waking up in your dream home after a successful business deal worth ***you add in your amount***.)
[before you get out of bed or before you start your day] Affirmation - "I am so happy and so grateful for the continued success and happiness that I achieve."

"Thank you universe for continuing to look out for me and keep me safe, under grace, in a perfect way."

Now you want to say this between 3 and 10 times.

Take your time, and say it slowly and mean it.

This will take about 10 minutes and that is your Thursday morning Affirmation

(NOTE: during this time, you may be given a Blue Pill, acknowledge it, and continue)

Midday

Meditation and Revision


Check your notebook for an incident you want to revise. Not sure how revisions work? CLICK HERE

You sit or lay (but preferably sit) you close your eyes and get comfortable.
Alone in a quiet place (this can be done in 3 mins)
You count backwards from 3(deep breath), 2 (deep breath), 1(deep breath).
You are now in revision mode.

You select something that you want to change, a health problem, a relationship, etc.

You go to the incident that started the problem.
Remember to do this in 1st person NEED HELP GOING INTO FIRST PERSON?
Check the E-Book of Millionaires (if you don't have it, CLICK HERE to get it You go to the incident that started the problem you want to change. You go through the incident again but in this 'revision' the (bad incident) never occurred.

Go through the incident in the new revised version at least 7 times. Once you feel as though this revision is in memory. DROP IT.

Go back to work or doing something completely different, you have completed the revision for now and your past self is changing. This will affect the current reality in ways you cannot imagine.

Not an affirmation but a routine

As you fall asleep, you imagine yourself, as your future self, 3 years from now, and count $1,000,000 in cash.
If you lose count, start over. It’s meant for you to fall asleep counting, not to actually finish the count.
If you don't finish the count, count 2 million dollars (or whatever currency you use in your country) This is the famous ladder experiment from Neville Goddard.

This is universal and should be done every single night!



First thing is to plan out your day.
As you go to bed, you visualize the next day.
You visualize what you will do in the morning, what you will do after you get up, what your spouse or kids will say to you or act like.

What text messages or phone calls you will get.

What emails or notifications you will receive, what your neighbor or coworker will do.

What your friends will say or do, what your bank statement will look like, etc.
Visualize it all going the way you want it to be. Every, single night.
