How we give Thanks on Saturdays

On Saturdays, we keep it simple and that is a good thing, because keeping it simple allows the 'letting it go' time.

Now, in the book "Breaking the habit of being yourself" by the great Dr. Joe Dispenza, he talked about an experiment where people prayed for others healing but they prayed for them to be healed in the past.

You read that right, quantum physics teaches us that not only can what we do in the present affect the future, what we do in the present can also affect the PAST.

We put a twist on this, since everything exists now, past, present and future,  we are going to do exercises where we get in a state from the viewpoint of our future self ( the version of you that you WANT to be) and we are going to "pray" and give thanks for our "past selves" success (which is actually our current self)

*This is always done in 1st person point of view.

 
 
 


 
So again,  we are going to pray for our past selves to be rich and successful.  You do this as if you were praying for a loved to make it, or be successful in some endeavour.

That is exactly how you should be praying for your past self.

Now you may find it a bit difficult to pray for something to happen for for yourself in the past, knowing it didn't happen that way.

But that doesn't matter.  Remember our section on revisions? you do this the same way, and then, you actually want to add a revision to this technique.

Now start with the praying and asking god, or the universe for your past self to have what you want.  Do this with real feelings, then drop it.

This concludes our saturday morning exercise.

Saturday Mornings

Saturday Morning Before you get out of bed.


Saturday Morning You want to start your day as if your prayers have already been answered and you want to think of "memories" you gave yourself about your new life.

If possible, you want to just imagine you are in the bed you want to be in, in the house you want to be in, or th reality you want to be in, you want to fully enjoy this before getting out of bed (narrate to yourself what you see and feel if need be).

Saturday Midday BOM Members

Midday Saturday

Here, during the day, you want to say the Book of Millionaires Members affirmation.

You want to affirm for every Book of Millionaires member other than yourself (again, this is important for letting go).

You visualize the success and happiness of every Book of Millionaire Member. You see them happy and living the life of celebrities, business owners, etc. Be genuine in this visualization. You get back what you give. If you can see them truly having everything they want, you will also have the power of millions of people visualizing for you.

Before Bed Saturday Night

Saturday before bed. "Isn't it great"


Saturday night, when you are in the bed, in your relaxed state, you want to use the 'isn't it great', 'isn't it wonderful' affirmations.

This is where you visualize what you want from the viewpoint of already having it and you say "isn't it great that... (insert whatever you want)" Think of as many things as you want to be great, but you have to have feelings as if its real.

example: Isn't it great that I am now inside the home i've always wanted", "isn't it wonderful that I am now in the romantic relationship I've longed for, it feels great that it in now a reality"

These are just examples, but make your list of things you have in your inside world already that may have not yet manifested, but speak of them as if they already have.

Before Bed (every night) BONUS

This is universal and should be done every single night!



First thing is to plan out your day.
As you go to bed, you visualize the next day.
You visualize what you will do in the morning, what you will do after you get up, what your spouse or kids will say to you or act like.

What text messages or phone calls you will get.

What emails or notifications you will receive, what your neighbor or coworker will do.

What your friends will say or do, what your bank statement will look like, etc.
Visualize it all going the way you want it to be. Every, single night.
