How to Meditate Correctly

Meditation is the process of guiding your awareness into a controlled, intentional state.
For Universal Ledger registrants, meditation isn’t just relaxation, it’s the mechanism that resets your field, stabilizes identity commands, and clears distortions.

Core Technique (Universal Method)

1. Posture: Sit upright or lie down with your spine neutral.

2. Breath: Inhale through the nose for 4 seconds, hold for 2, exhale for 6.

3. Awareness Placement: Bring attention to the center of your chest (heart axis) or the space just above your navel (identity axis).

4. Neutralization Phase: Allow thoughts to rise and dissolve without analysis.

5. Alignment Phase: Hold the feeling-tone of your desired state (wealth, love, health, neutrality).

6. Stabilization: Stay here for 3–10 minutes or until your body feels "settled."

 

When to Use This Technique

Before running identity commands.

After emotional triggers. 

When energy feels scattered or heavy. *

As a daily morning or evening reset.
